The Island Spirit Framework

From Listening to Sustainable Local Ownership

Our five-stage framework combines meaningful engagement, evidence-based design and practical implementation. Each stage is adapted to the community, project and operating environment.

1. Listen

Every community has its own history, relationships, priorities and opportunities. We begin by understanding the local context and hearing directly from the people involved.
